I'm playing this game for few weeks, seems to be very interessing but not perfect. But I'm worried regarding the development and improvment , seems nothing happen for a long time. Are there some improvment planned? I see topic regarding Beta match, but old and seems not applied. |

I think the best way to approach this game is to assume that very little will change or improve in future. I don't believe this is anything to worry about though, unless the issues you have are distracting enough that your interest is being eroded. But then no video game lasts forever, and eventually something else will come along that will replace the time you currently spend playing Striker Manager. I treat this game the way I would a sport; it provides a fixed environment with an established set of rules that are unlikely to change much in future. I think I share the same attitude as you; that at its core Striker Manager is a great game and it's frustrating that with a few minor amendments it could be improved. From my understanding this game is in the hands of a developer who purchased it from its original creators. While it may initially have been bought in order to develop and build on its customer base this no longer appears to be the plan. This game has ultimately served as a lead-in to the development of a sequel that builds on the core mechanics and branding of Striker Manager, and even incorporates suggestions left on these forums. That seems to be the priority of the developers and is more likely to improve in future. For now Striker Manager remains the best free online football manager game, and despite its problems (which I believe guarantees it being no more than a cult hit within its small community) it's generally a well thought out and fun game to play. |

Thanks for your answer, I 'm just worried because in the real world if you don't go forward, you 're going to go back. I've tested several football game and this is one of the best, an other one is very near regarding the tactic editor and still under developpement. |
