Hi friends I am thinking of quitting my physiotherapist for practice every day my players. Decrease the salary of the Technical Secretary and 286.000. And also decrease the salary of the Scout that is of 304.000. I'm thinking about it to save money and I want to know the opinion of you can be a good? My defenders are getting good and seeing that perhaps I need to increase their wages, I worry about that expenditure increase weekly too. Can someone help me? |

Yes, Ali can help you! ![]() I want to believe that after obtaining those beautifully-rated staff members, you should also have excellent coaches (both junior and senior). And, I also want to believe that you use your coaches to train your players every day. If you do this - dedicatedly - then you do not need a Physiotherapist. Using the coach to train your players every day helps them gain fitness, and this is the function of Physio, the rapist. ![]() You would do well to fire him. In my opinion, you should keep that Scout. Why? Just a few hours to the infamous Hostile Night, you would need to run your scouting personnel to get you some loose juniors worth snatching. Only an +85% Scout will be up to the task to deliver. About the Technical Director - he's a waste. I pay mine just about a hundred dollars every week for his services. The most important staff members in your team are - Senior coach; - Youth coach; - Scout; - Psychologist; - Doctor. Pay them well! ![]() |
