Whatamidoinghere said: Yes. They will loose effort but not more than 9. Whatami is right! The appropriate range is a 6% to 9% loss. There are variations, however. When your players start a game with low fitness (anything less than 99%), they will definitely lose more than 9%. Also, the kind of formation a team employs can contribute greatly to it. There are some formations that can stretch the strength of your players. The losses, however, are not significant when compared to the former variation I mentioned earlier.
