I am getting inconsistent results from the doctor.. sometimes 3 days reduced, sometimes 2 - with the same number of days worked and the same 74% doctor.. I had a player pop an ACL and so I've been able to test the doc this season. Is this expected? If so, how high of a doctor % do we need to keep to get 4 days reduced each time? And how low can we go to still get 3 days? |

And how low can we go to still get 3 days? I have an 80% one who gets me 3 and 4 weeks(equally) reduced on players' injury. 85 max is recommended when you're playing on very high efforts. |

I just spent $5M playing the doctor lottery for 15 minutes.. my new one is 84%. Also: If you're a coffee fiend like me, run white vinegar thru your machine about every 6 months. If you don't, you'll have a pot or two that tastes completely like a$$ until you figure out what's going on! I've never had to do a spit take from coffee.. until today. |

What am I missing? Or have I won a version of the lottery? I had a CDF of mine hostiled today.. I'm training CDF, so no big deal at all.. but the price that the guy paid [20 years/81 rated player] was over $200M when the market rate was between 150-160M. This is the 3rd player of mine in 2 seasons who was hostiled at a value fairly significantly above market. So.. the question: How do you pick a value when you're looking at signing .. either when you're promoting or buying from market? I tried to put a value high enough when factoring in any potential training. Thoughts? Thanks! |

i'ld say you are lucky. the buyer's need for a CDF might be sudden that he forgot to check around. The salaries I offer to my players are as regards their average and current market value, then I top up with 50m - 100m to repel hunting managers.
