 This may sound absurd but am beginning to wonder what it takes to convince a manager to loan me a player. I can boast of 96% coach but yet when I request I get rejected and sometimes the players are laoned to even Division 5 when am in 4 (if that matters anyway)

Please tell what to do to loan a player...please is there a method I don't know about?

 actually when talking about loan in SM,it means giving out your player to another team where he'll get trained for a particular period of time..

most experienced managers here only loan players to team after taking into major consideration two things which is the position you train and your coach/junior coach avg(training schedule is also an important factor)

so if you're not getting loans,its probably because you're not farming yet or you can't convince the manager enough to loan you his player. 		26/03/2015 16:48

 Most of the good players available in the loan market are there because there is a pre-agreement in place between two managers. The lender has agreed by pm to loan his player to the other manager and is only waiting for a request from the same.
You would want to do the same if you were to send out a loan, know exactly how much fruitful it will be to loan your player to another team.
