You want tobe a fiscal? It's simple.
First thing you must do is to pass the the interview with @lucifercave ruler of the 20 most wicked and feared nations, creator of the boxes or Orden, who uses the great cobra as walking stick. The interview lasts for 5hrs starting from 12am.
Secondly, you must provide the already existing fiscals 10 top class strippers, and you must also make sure i get +90prog CFs every two days for 5 months, convince @Yoyoyoyoyo to loan out his starting 11 to all the guys that needed them most., bring back Uruguay and Rebsiot.
Lastly you must dine with Zeus and Hades, watch porn with Jesus Christ.
If you complete these tasks, your fiscal status will forever exist.
