Best scorer
''It's simple, you score hattrick in a game and you'll end up scoring one stripper off the pitch. You score six in a game, you score two strippers off it. This will make them shoot on target to boost their chances of scoring instead of blasting it straight to throw ins.''

Hehe, they will lose a lot of stamina off the picth thats why Marcelo Salas quit football coz of stripers

I myself even gave up on SM. The players get tired easily, and there stamina regeneration is very slow. Training points a too slow. Financial earnings are very poor. How on earth were you guys able to build players up to 85-90 ratings? The gap between the rich and the poor, the poor still suffer even on SM. I just lost 5 from 5 matches, why because my key players are very tired and very slow to recover. Somebody help!

There are three very easy solutions to this problem...

1. Have a bigger squad. Rotate players. If you're using the same group of players in every match then they're obviously going to suffer from fatigue.
2. Play with lower Effort. High Effort will leave your players needing more time to recouperate.
3. Don't join a weekend league and don't play any friendlies (or better yet, massively reduce the Effort of your team for these games, as missing out on the the extra experience and money would be a shame).

If you continue to play with exhausted players then you'll likely suffer more injuries too. I'm not sure on how injuries are decided upon in this game (as every match has unbelieveably harsh tackles, yet few injuries, or cards for that matter), but if it's like other games then tired players, playing against stronger teams is probably going to result in more injures, and no doubt, more upset. This is another advantage of having a larger squad – rotate players, reduce their fatigue, and in turn make them less likely to be injured. And if they are then you have cover for their position. This may not be necessary once you have a team of supermen but for now this makes a lot of sense.

There are many ways to keep your finances in check and ensure you make as much as possible. The Store and Canteen bring in money with very little effort on your part, all you have to do is keep them stocked and upgrade them as soon as you can. The Stadium isn't simply about expanding but keeping an eye on the seating distrubtion and try and get the prices right for maximum earnings!

Two areas that may be draining your resources are having expensive staff when they're not needed (excluding the Trainers, of course), and overpaying players. Unless you know you have an irreplaceable, absolutely amazing player, one that would be competitive in the upper leagues should you get there, then you don't need to be paranoid of losing any of your players to Hostile Bids. At worst a Hostile takeover would take away a player that would otherwise take you several seasons to make worthwhile, or maybe take away one of your best players but that would still leave you with more than enough money to cover the cost of replacing him. Reduce the strain on your finances and do everything you can to improve your income, and then you'll see that this game is actually very easy to make money in.

As for teams of 85-90 rated players; I wouldn't worry about it. As there are literally Divisons full of teams like this so I think it's fair to say it's not beyond anyone to build a quality team... it just takes time, some smart decisions and wise choices, and a little faith in your ability.

Getting 85+ players requires implementation of a purchasing and training plan which will take years to achieve.. and increasing your stadium size to maximize your income per match.

My favorite aspect of this game is the incorporation of the market - you can only train one segment of your team to a high level at once, yet you need to improve all the parts of your team to be successful. That's what MAKES the game so challenging, and what allows for so many diverse strategies to succeed.

This thread's actual goal, if implemented, would be to eliminate the market. If you could train every position.. why not just get every coach to 99%, and train only your own team's replacements? Also, this thread would therefore eliminate the current requirement of mastering the market, and would reduce the market to a lightly-populated afterthought consisting only of a few super-high prog/FC juniors. I completely disagree with this line of thinking - rather, I think this thread should be locked due to its ridiculous and frankly ignorant "idea." You do not want rainbow strats to actually be able to succeed.. you need to require specialization by all participants to make a truly rich, complex game.

The market IS the game -- other online soccer management games do not have this, and as a result those other online games suck.
