Run your phisyo and psycho to improve fitness and morale. About training, go to your coaches, junior and senior, to set the daily training schedule for all your players. This will improve the stamina of your players and will be trained in their basic skills.

Being in subs or reserve team affects a player's motivation which affects how hard they train every day. Highest prog players should be kept in first 11 togheter with best prospects, highest average or whatever.

The best way to make a player develop fast is to choose one position only to train and schedule training only for that position (e.g. xDF, xIM, xW or xB, Gk, OM or forwards). Focusing on one position only is the key, which is normally called 'farming'.
