The more matches you win, the more supporters you gain. This determines the ranking of your team in the overall ranking. The number of fans you have is a function of your success in the game. If you are very friendly, funny, interesting, influential, helpful to every manager that comes your way, they will tend to like you. Provided they are Pack Managers, they may like to have a link to your team's profile in their own profile. A "Become a fan" option is available to them (because they are Pack Managers), and when they hit that option, they automatically become your fan!
