Can anyone tell me what the best way to get the most out of the youth players i promote cause at the start of this season i promoted a 63 OVR LIM an a 56 OVR RIM however due to my poor run off form as i got promoted to a league im not ready for. Also i have a 52 OVR LF with 81 progression who will need promoting possibly next season and i dont know what i should do to get him to reach that.

If loans is the best way then what do i need to do to make help him reach his potential.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Loans forum is for requesting or announcing players for loans, not to ask questions on it.

Your performance in the league is indifferent to the development of your players. The only way to make them grow fast is to train them everyday with the appropriate training schedule with a high % coach. Loaning them out could be a good possibility if they are of very different position, defenders and strikers for example, but loaning out players to unknown managers is pretty risky. They might not respect the agreed training schedule or move you players in the reserve team or play them out of position, hurting your player's growth. But it is always worth a try 26/04/2015 09:17

Also is it a bad idea to loan out players before they reach there normal ovr eg after a loss my rim was 41 OVR but now after a day he is 49 OVR but is still not back to his previous level/OVR 26/04/2015 19:12

When morale goes down, the average goes down, but if you run your psycho every day he will deal with it.
What you have to look to is the 0,xxx of training, which varies according to the training scheduled for the day. It is not consistent. And over time it goes down since it is a percentage of improvement.

Best timing to loan out is at the beginning of a new season because they will be trained properly that way.

Players maximize their average by being repeatedly trained.. eg, I train CDF in senior and xIM in junior squad, nothing else. So when you ask about several different positions, I think you have a more fundamental question regarding the nature of "how to train players."

Morale doesn't affect training.. the training % is the same whether the player is at 99 (and therefore displaying the rating as high as they actually are) or 92, for example, because the team lost its private league game earlier today. But that lower morale is fixed via the psychologist, and has zero change [either positive or negative] on the day's training.
