I'm really a loser with the tactics. With a high average team I onlt have 3 points in 4th div. Can somebody please help me a little bit ? I have tried almost everything. Just take a look. I usually play 4-3-3. | 29/04/2015 19:54 |

Also, note that your current group has strong(er) teams.. position 7 and higher have every player above 80. This is not uncommon in division 4. Your team is good - for division 5. Division 4 is a different animal.. It's not a bad thing to yo-yo until you can get your youth training& senior tactics to align. |

Just take a look. I usually play 4-3-3. Hello buddy. Here at striker you having a BIG squad will not always give you a win. As at now, After 5th division; Striker no longer flow so easy. So To do well you will need to add more time, commitment and zeal. Remember your advanced formation and tactics matters alot here (even than your squad) and they all must go hand in hand for good results.. You need to Watch/Study your games. Plot your mistakes. Try correct them. Build a better, stronger team. Yes all this and even more you must do to excel. It's all about how you work it out. Now that is why you are the manager. You are the brain and bone of your team. They depend on you fully. So everything lies on how you make them to be. You try your best and learn from others as well. Goodluck! |
