You can see it because your profile details are included in the link, others are directed to their own main page. To share links, open it in "new tab" and then copy/paste that link. As for the player...yeah, he was loaned out under the first week probably, while hostile protection was active....he will get his salary raised once his owner decide not to loan him out anymore.....
