I sent a goalkeeper of 85+ prog out on loan to train better but his motivation is 27% and has not been training well, he will be 17 next season... Will he train high like +250 if he trains well with another team next season... He currently 36avg.... | 28/05/2015 21:24 |

First, the Team you loaned him to has been playing his Games without starting/Using your GK and that cause low Motivation. Probably if you loan him to a Manager that has nice Coach% like 88%-90% your GK will surely get a daily training if possible +250/more than that daily.  |

Before loaning out your goal keeper, you must verify may be the manager has a starting 11 in his junior squad,, so that your GK will have a place on the bench with the 80% motivation or Reserve with 50% motivation. If not so he will start out of position and play with (20 to 27)% motivation. |

Ask the other manager to send the screenshot of their staff salaries and the no. of degrees they have undertaken. That way you can get an idea of their staf.. Even @ cant see other manager's staff, pretty sure about it. |
