Basically: 1- Have a vast knowledge of the game. 2- Talk always with respect to other managers. 3- Answer question/doubts the managers have, and help them. 4- Have a good communication with other managers, by chat or forum, and be active there. 5- Be at least a bit known in the game, and also be known by @s.
