Last 10% of the average is so slow to train, skills over 90 gain 0.0x in training....with retirement age reduced yeah, I agree training should be somewhat looked into. I guess players will look to train even harder their youths and have them high as possible by the age of 17/18. And there will be even more farming. I do not really understand why is this done. |

Why on earth would they be made to train faster? You can get a player above 90 before he even turns 19 years old if you buy him young enough and his FC/Progression is high enough. The result in the poll so far says it all. |
