I'm not sure, but I think the only way to re-sign a player's contract if that player is on the loan list would be to remove him first from the loan list (thus cancelling all pending offers) and then put him back on with a new salary. So, I think either the loanee didn't see that all along the salary was so high, or, as was already suggested, there was a prior agreement after which the owner raised the salary without the loanee realizing. There was a 22-hour window (the player in the original post) between being re-signed and loaned out, so whatever happened in that 22-hour window will be key to what happened here. Either way, to respond to porschewayne's pertinent question - no it is not a crime to resign his player with any sum of money that he likes - and therein lies the problem. However, I urge any @s reading this to check PMs around that 22-hour window between these affected managers to work out what happened so it cannot happen again. Either way, the loanee has been negligent, but I think there should be a limit to how much that should hurt them. Edited by sicox86 06-07-2015 18:13 |

Since someone was slating us @s for not responding, I hereby announce that both teams have been receiving refunds every week(since two weeks) and this will have to be continued until the end of this season unfortunately.
