To deal with incredibly low salaries for players on loan, there should be introduced a method wherein the team which has applied for the player's loan will have to resign the player or say will have to offer him a salary ..like when we hostile a 90 avg player for 18m,we are continuously bugged with "the player doesnt want to go to your team for that money" because of low salary we chose for that player. Similar something should be done for players going out on loan. The managers who are taking him on loan will have to send the player an offer of a particular salary after the other manager has agreed. If the salary offered is low, the system will automatically generate a " the player doesnt want to go to your team for that ridiculous amount of salary. Gaffer,increase the salary right now" and so there will be players on loan only with appropriate salary. |
