 Make sure both of you have the friendly button request activated (must appear "don't receive requests"). You have to change it in the full site.

 when you click on friendly game if its writing available date for a friendly match what you need to do is to find a team that as full stadium capacity and can be requested on tuesday and thursday when both of you are out of SC 16/07/2015 17:36
