There are 3 positions in the chat: Green, you can open the chats, and you'll appear as visible in the chat list, and also other users can open you private chat; yellow, you can chat but your name doesn't appear in the chat list (you're invisible), also, other users can't open you chat; and grey, offline, you can't open chats and other managers can't open chat to you. |
