 The only way to get your players up is to train them. But look at the wider picture:

1. Do train only those who are worth of it. Don't waste your time training oldies or low potential players. Look at the player's progession and forecast to get the image about player's future. You need golden balls and experience to reveal these parameters.

2. Get a good trainer. Look around staff market periodically to find your beloved one. If he is not ideal enough, buy him some degrees.

3. Circulate your squad. Sell/fire weak ones, buy high flyers. Sneak around the market frequently. Join auctions and hostile better players. Build schools and try your luck growing some high potential. Don't train something what is not worth of it. Wait .. this is rule #1.

4. Farm positions. Don't train everything. Your squad will raise evenly but slowly. Train less positions to get them up quicker, sell them for more money and use the money to cover the positions which you did not train.

5. Accessories do help to increase player's motivation. Higher motivation, higher gain.

6. Keep winning or get your psychologist to work. Winning games keeps players' motivation boosted. If you loose, get the motivation back to normal with your psycho guy.

7. Don't forget about you junior squad. Temporary promotions boost their motivation over the limit. Higher motivation, higher gain.

8. The last one, but the most important one. Cash is king. Get more money (stadium, fan shop, kitchen billboards, sell players). The more money, the better players. 		18/07/2015 21:27
