I asked a friend how can a team get a or more fan. The answer he gave was that; the team should ask a manager with Pack Manager to be his fan. Then I asked, what are the advantage of fan in a team? Keep one in the locker room and one indoor stadium office. But ensure only your coach or staff have authority to operate it, or else players will use both fans and AC. Hope this helps.
