Please what is the implication of training my staff? I have sent them on courses and degree but my team still loses matches and do not improve. i will appreciate any help from anybody. thank you |

Sending staffs to courses improves their % by 1% and Degrees by 2% as Sutagar said. Training your 'staffs' ( I guess you mean Senior and junior coaches ) only affect the training results of your players. The higher the % of your coaches the faster your players will train. But there are lots of factors that influences a player's improvement/progress even if you have a 99% coaches like progression, motivation, forecast etc. If you want to win games get a good advanced formation and set the right tactics. |
