First-team player
Release clause is the players total value, it is determined by the players salary, it is also the maximum amount the manager can put as a direct buy price tag. When u reach 8000 experience point you can hire a player by paying his release clause and he will automatically become your player without the manager's consent or agreement 27/07/2015 17:58

What??? 96 millions debt???
Try To negotiate a new contract with the player. For your team average a release clause of 10m is pretty enough. If someone pays the release clause for one of your player it will be pretty easy to replace him for a cheap price.
Since you won't have unreplaceble players for a few seasons, take a look at the similar transfers, so that you will be aware of your player market value, and set his release clause between the average value of that kind of player and top value +10-20%, depending on how affectionate you are to the player. If someone is paying the release clause for one of your players he is making you a favour. I always take it this way
