Q: First of all congrats on your @ ship A: Thanks.Great work by @Illex first of all,for noticing me on the forums and suggesting my name during the votes.He knew me from the 'Avoiding the Drop" days,when we had loads of fun injuring each other's players. He must have felt really proud when he knew he found a legend.Then comes @eam,scared me to death with his interviewing tricks. He can one day become an HR in Google or something, although too old now for that, so he chose being a gangster(oops). I'd like to thank a few other people (takes out a toilet paper roll with something written on it,looks at the audience and shamefully keeps it back in). Okay next question. Q: How do you feel being a fiscal? A: Happy and sad. Happy because I got to know how much exactly it is difficult to help maintain a game.Sitting on the user end seems very easy for all of us, but when you become someone who provides to the user,world around you changes suddenly.Sad because I couldn't become an @ earlier.We had bluegene,rebsiot,luci,cellog before who were a great bunch of @s.Still miss them. Q: why do fiscal's do not want to talk about banning people on forum A: Because that's a rule,we want to keep confidential the details of the person who complained and the one who got sanctioned. As much as possible from our side,we will not disclose any of this even though the offender can rat it out everywhere - that's totally not our problem. Q: did you find your @ status enjoyable? A: Correction,it's powerful. Yeah when you know what you've achieved here, then it's just a matter of enjoying the role. Q: How did you get to know about SM? A: Back in 2011,I was crazy about online football manager games.Literally tried each and every one of them, got bored of those dull and run-of-the-mill gameplay, I left them all. Then came Striker Manager, like a ray of sunshine in my dark life. Q: for how long have you been in the game? A: Exactly 4 years 3 months 3 days 10 hours 31 minutes as I am writing this. Q: what did you feel about the game initially? A: When I joined, it wasn't that great as hardly had been 5 months after the start of this server. Glitches everywhere, I wasn't sure I would stick around for a very long time. Even then, I felt the guys here were a lot helpful and fun. Q: people said you detain, sanction, ban, and even remove some managers from the game too much,what did you have to say about that? A: It is never done when I'm not sure what/why I'm doing. I have a great eye for detail and my senses all work fine. So when I'm out fishing offenders, I usually get a huge bunch of small fishes. They get punished as per their offences, no biases, no exception. Q: Whom do you think is the most strongest manager and team in SM? A: Champos of course, brezz gets a consolation prize there. Q: why did you close threads in forum? A: Imagine yourself visiting a messy thread after a couple of years just to say this - Oh, I was so stupid then. I help prevent people from making such mistakes. Basically, it is in the best interest for all to keep the thread meaningful. It's stupid when 2 users start their personal chats there and then, what happens to the thread after that suddenly becomes irrelevant for them. We close after the issue has been resolved so it doesn't confuse people who search and learn. Q: are you planning/have you ever plan to leave the game? A: Don't know, time and circumstances will decide when I will delete myself. Q: why? A: Even though I don't know when, I have an answer for this as well. Every good thing must come to an end one day. You lose interest in some things very soon, while some things take a lot of time. In my case in particular, the time factor lies somewhere in the middle of these two scenarios. Q: people say you get upset so quickly about little issues A: I never got upset, I write that way to mislead people into thinking that I am very angry about it. I'm only laughing hard after I've pressed the send button. It's these people that hold this belief, the ones who get upset on minor issues. Q: who do you look up to in SM? A: Ranru, ever heard of her before? Q: are you a footballer in realife/are you a football fan? A: I live football. I used to play before I injured my back(during a basketball game), I play occasionally now. I follow Manchester United and George Best is my god. Q: what do you have for other SM managers generally? A: Jealousy for Brezz, love for Sutagar, my FBI mates are the best in the world and we're the best bunch of @s this game has seen. Nice one kitfaith, you got the right guest at the right time in person of @5yos  Actually, this is just the beginning, a nice place to start.... But try take note of these points! The interview is meant for everyone not just the @s, every one can post and you can bring anybody to your hot seat! Also the topic, links; I dont see any link, this is just an interview. The first line of the body of your post is as good as the topic. We have the links when there are so many interviews to read and to make them easier to access! Then, try widen the interview, gather more questions and a little bit of humour will go a long way! @5yos is still the right guest for now, I can wait for part two! Thanks!
