No, players gain stamina recovery with training. Fitness is only recovered by physio. But fitness will not drop untill you start playing with exhausted players. |

Stamina can not be recovered by staff as fitness can. For stamina you need to leave the player out of the match because playing a match effects his stamina. Higher the effort, more stamina lost.
