Hey i suggest all staff in SM should do their job even if a team is in the red. I see no reason why i pay them weekly salaries but when am in the red they tell me SHIT about not paying them so they won't work, if this cannot be granted then their money should be added to the following week expenses but they should do their work... |

They might need to buy some equipments and medications during the recovery process, you don't expect them to do that from their salary, only to approach the financial manager and sort it out!  |
