International	I would like to suggest that concerning training of staffs, it would be ideal if a manager that can afford the total training fee for a particular range of average, he should be allowed to pay it instead of waiting for the end of one course before scheduling staff training eg I have 500 million dollars in my account and it would cost 200 million dollars to upgrade my coach from 97-99, instead of training him for an average of 97 for about two weeks and waiting for the end of that training program before scheduling another one, it would be advicable that I pay the total money at once so that I can channel the rest to other sectors of the game because it would help a manager in his planning of his usage of funds.	20/10/2015 19:21
