friend I can not find any prog player 90+ for less than 150 m I can buy good players prog [not required] but are good progressions and not see anything wrong I think the market is half stopped with the recent changes the game became very expensive so save more money. and I find a motivation more than good cheap players with good progressions who know have planning can put together a great team quickly I think that's pretty cool. |

Im not talking about 90+ prog players, im talking about about AVG. Also you are not looking hard enough if you are looking for 90+ prog players under 150M. GK, LB/RB, RDF/LDF, LM/RM, LW/RW & RF/LF are all available on auction for under 150M, no GB necessary. I also think its nice that new managers can get a good team faster than before. | 28/10/2015 03:57 |

yes it is a lot of truth players are falling much of price I think due to the latest updates I believe this is because the costs are too high. players who was referring to are the 14 years but in any way excuse have understood you wrong I've been too bothered by it because I have some good players in my squad but I know that would leave no more than 300 m yes for less. |

For me there seems to be one crucial problem regarding the transfers and price checks (fair trade) F.e. menager brakes the rules and sells/buys a player or even more players under the fiar trade price (in order to get ahead or simple need of money quickly or whatever other reason there might be) He gets bombed, he gets fine. Not a problem there right? He is punished. In my opinion there is a problem there. A snowball effect because everyone rely on "similar transfers" tab to get an idea of the price for certain player. Such menagers little by little are droping the price of players in my opinion. You might say well thats just for transfer agreements, simply put it in auction. Well yeah, but when someone bids in auction he will probably also check for how much similar players went for before and if he sees he might get player of same strenght cheaper, he will not bid. |

Not speaking as an @, but as ricdan1985. I think we've somewhat gotten away from Dirk's original point - the depth of 90+ avg players has now gone into divs 3 & 4. This is a good thing, right? Users over the last 8-10 seasons have finally realised what it means to obtain a junior player and train them. They've realised what it means to train senior players. They've realised what experience, progression, forecast and skill points mean. So, in effect, you'll now start to see more 'even' teams going all the way down into the mid divisions. I remember a discussion about 6 seasons ago, suggesting that 80 avg players were the be-all and end-all, because if you had a team comprised of them, you would be very hard to beat. Now, it seems that if 90avg has become the 80 avg in that example, you'll need even higher players. As for pricing, well, I got no idea. Maybe it has to do with teams settling on players and using tactics a little more - that maybe you don't need superstar world-class when you can position a player in the right spot to perform a role. It's always hard to sell someone mid-season, when nobody is looking to buy, usually. My advice, don't sell from 0. Only my thoughts, not anyone else's associated with @ or UPlay. |

Yeah well...OP in initial post also showed concern about prices and that is also my main concern. Because 2 seasons ago it was normal to hostile a player for 70+ millions counting that when you train him you will make money...then 2 seasons pass and deflation in prices get you nothing for that. Sure you can say its all about football and formations, but how should those that don't have billions in deposits compete for higher divisions like that? |

Agree with similar prices. Another very important thing is when you look at similar transfers you should see if the transfer is at the end of season or at the beginning. End of season(23/3 23/6 23/9 23/12) Ex. i train 93+prog forwards, if you ask me about 95+prog RF ~18/82 price at the start of season and same player ~18/90 at the end of season there will be huge difference. So two players with 18/82 in similar tranfers can have like 500M+ difference (one can be 85prog transfered at end of season and other can be 95prog transfered at the start of season) I never look at similar transfers when buy/sell. |

Similar prices are deceptive only when they involve young player. If they are 28+ yrs then you see alot of these elevated salaries and low hostile clause | 28/10/2015 20:31 |

Also, if mid season is not the time to sell and with influx of players without clubs in the beginning of season.....when is the time to sell? Who will buy at the end of the season if he will calculate to try and hit the market at the beginning? Edited by ForzaJuve! 28-10-2015 21:36 |

It's all supply and demand. More people with good schools, more 90+ prog players, more players that end up being 90+ average, more 90+ average players in the game, the demand lowers. Since the demand is lessened, prices go down. Incomes are generally the same for each team in a division though, so everyone has the same buying power. As any one team gets better the quality of player they want goes up. I have no use for a player that isn't 90 average anymore, so I don't look at the market under 90 average. The other thing is speed of training. It's easy to get any player with 85+ prog up to 70 average, it can happen in about 2 seasons. It takes 1 more season to get them to 80, and 1 more to get them to 85, and it gets slower from there. As such the market is overflowing with players who are in the 80-90 range, but the amounts lessen above 90. Players get to a premium when they're above 90 because they're rarer and harder to train. IMO they underestimated how easy training would be and should have made the reality of training closer to a max out of 80. That way you could get a player to 95 average, but you'd need to focus training on 2-3 players for 10+ seasons. |
