Since we cannot resign our juniors anymore to protect them from hostile raiders there is a new problem. We have to pay them high salaries if we wanna keep them safe from hostilers. If we need to loan them out to another team for training they might be too expensive for this other team (especially if it's a team in a lower league) and lowering salaries doesn't work with juniors in my experience. Therefore I would suggest to create an extra option for loans, where the team who owns a junior player can keep paying this players' salaries instead of burdening the loaning team with it. How does this sound? |

A nice Suggestion so far! My Question is: Will the devs do this? To add is to Suggestion, there should be an option, giving the percentage of amount to pay, E.g, 30%, 50%, 70%.. This option should be decided by the two clubs. |

Hmmm, but you can loan out a player before the hostile protection ends each season. Meaning - you can keep loaning out a low level salary player untill he is 18 year old and ready to be promoted and re-signed. |

Nice suggestion. But if you actually want to loan out, you need to decide early and use the protection period to lower their wages. Eg. My junior CF 85 http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=19507830 Senior CDF 87 http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=19118612. And this suggestion need to affect only juniors. Because it won't be fair if someone loan in a 95avg CF and pay nothing but uses that player to torment his divi mates. |

But if You loan out Your junior that early, You give away the opportunity to give Your most talented juniors that little extra boost of Temporary promotion. |
