I've lost many matches recently because my player's stamina drops with every match without increasing back, now my firt eleven has 2-7 stamina, and I'm really losing.. Please what do you think is the cause, and what is the solution?? Pls help ooo 18/11/2015 08:23

You need to run your physio every day and rest your players. Physio keeps the players fitness up. At 99 fitness, your players will recover 10 stamina pts per day, less than 99 and they will recover less stamina. Your players are at 87 fitness, which means you need to run your physio. You need to rotate your players, rest them, and maybe use less effort in games in order to increase their stamina. 18/11/2015 08:39

plus constantly scheduling training for your players. any day you didn't schedule training for them,they won't regain stamina.
