1. Monetary fines do not go to anyone. They are deducted from your account and just disappear, just like the tax amount when you buy players. 2. Fiscals fine each other if they break the rule, however, this is very rare and has not happened as long as I have been a fiscal. And I am not aware of any fiscal violating the rules in the manner in which you were just fined for. Your violation was not an error - it was intentional. Accept, learn, move on. 3.
