I have 4 schools but very few players make it to any kind of decent level. I see other teams who get there youth players at 60+ by the time they leave the youth team. How is this possible? |

Focus on one position (gks, defs, mids or fwds) and train them. But make sure those you train have good progression. If you want decent juniors you have to train those who have at least 70 prog. Edited by @SuTaGar 09-12-2015 13:52 |

Good coach (+90), progression (+75), and training schedule... Those managers didn't focus on just their schools alone, they buy high progression players on junior market too, similar position and train together.... Farming as widely known! Try it and let's see how it goes with you! |

If you check my team you will find out that I bought most of my junior players and only few of them are actually product of my schools |

build a school in Germany and one of italy for they are the ones that seem to give more results however very expensive however it is that I seem to be appearing more players progressions 85+ [ I could be wrong ] , but for me it's luck appears these types of players. I have a school and me appears only bad players . |

My coach is at 79% , junior coach 81% both having done 8/9 courses. |
