Kids are randomly generated from schools. The higher the quality of school, the higher probability of getting high progression players. You cannot do anything to influence the output of the schools |

I find it so disappointing that even when my school quality is at "HIGH" the players produced are far below average but i see teams that produces better players. |

Portugal is 80% rated , Italy & Germany are 100% . Let say you have schools from these country with different quality, Italy as Excellent, Germany as Normal & Portugal as Excellent. You have more chances to get 90+ players from Italy. Lesser chances from Germany and Portugal. By this calculation, getting a player from a low school is almost NIL. Average is average and progression is progression. Average is current strenght of the player. Progression is how good will the player train. |
