He meant hostile. -Click on the player's profile -Click hire -Negotiate with the player by paying his release clause in full. -Click send and start by clicking on the ball for some times before the offer would finally go through. On Coach: -Go to staff -Go to the both coaches ie Snr or jnr -Click hire and there, you'll find available coaches with different average (%) and salary. -Choose the one(a high %coach hopefully ) you want and hire.
