They are calculated based on goals,shots,passes recoveries,minutes played etc by a player.

And yes, experience has a very huge impact.

YES. if it's a forward, he can shoot with both eyes closed and still score.

-Ability to position very well.
-Won't be caught offside too many times.
-Finishing etcetera..
