He filled lots of pages in google docs with ideas and suggestions and finally devs didn't implement nothing...  Also he was a great manager, was always trying to play with more real formations, without exploiting bugs, discovered a lot of them, and can't forget his epic kilometric posts... Urhhhhh Uplay.  |

My first advice as a role model is to ask you to get better role models and also look beyond SM for them, probably the ones achieving something in real life would be a good start. |
