I reject this idea. Here are my reasons: First, I don't see why a team that just wants to play a game should have the obligation to be bothered all the time with questions from managers who, in many cases, don't even bother reading the faqs and old threads that are already answering their doubts and questions. Second, that help you suggest will lead to even more lazy managers that want everyone else to aid them and do their homework, with requests like "Please sell me the player cheap" "please loan me the player" "please give me your tactics" "please etc etc etc". I'm not saying everyone is like that, but there's a huge number. Finally, Your whole idea falls apart for a simple reason: the pyramid league system. Let's consider "experienced" the managers up to div3, and half the ones in div 4. Div 1 ----> 1 group. Div 2 ----> 4 groups. div 3 ----> 16 groups. div 4-----> 64 groups (32 experienced) That means, we have 53 groups of experienced managers. Now let's check on the lower divs: div 4 (the other half) ---- > 32 groups div 5 --------------------------> 256 groups div 6---------------------------> 354 groups (lets take half of them as bots, giving 177) If you assigned all those teams an experienced manager, that would mean that every experience manager would have to help about 9 teams each. Would that be fair for them? Do they have the time and the will to answer all those questions? I don't think so. On a final note, my word of advice: If all those experienced managers could learn and master the game themselves, you can do so as well. |

The game is not a nuclear science and those menagers that are sucesfull got there by themselves. Who helped them in such way as you suggest? No one, they've read faqs and tutorials that are in existence on forum, read it and if there is something you don't know or understand ask in forum and you will be answered. That is how everyone did it and so will the newcomers.... |

about reading (faqs and tutorials), a study one time revealed that majority of the human population from the part of Earth I live find it difficult to read. Not 'cos they can't, but the force (laziness) is too strong. This is another pointless post as the one I just came across in the off-topic thread - The Great Nigerian blablabla | 21/03/2016 13:13 |
