Depends on what you want in your players. But you can find a whole list of possible trainings and the statistics they develop in your players in the link below: Click Here Carefully select them as you wish - a seven day plan would be most preferable. Also, they're are a handful of defense trainers around in top flight divisions who can accurately guide you on how they achieved success in their training schemes. I used to fear one time why almost all managers I know in this game are kind to a fault. I can assure you that if you ask them politely for their help, you won't be turned down; a good, gooooood number of us are more than ready to help folks around.  |
