He has done enough by listing out the training schedules for both positions. this is where one's brain comes in handy if you want to train both positions at the same time, look at the training scheduled listed out, pick the similar ones -Shots on Goal, -Crossing the Ball, -Ball Control then try to fit in the rest. since running and sprints both increase the speed stat of RIM and RM respectively, choose to order it once a week |
