 An achievement goal is to resign a veteran player that started his career from the junior team, if i sign a player into the junior team squad, will he be considered that he started his career from junior team? 05/06/2016 17:57

Don't wait till he leaves, lol.
And yes, my friend... if you sign a player belonging to the junior category, and he gets to play for your team till he's 30-33yo (so far he played four consecutive seasons, no selling, no buy back).
You won't be needing to wait till he leaves.... Your button will appear once he's 30, then will you decide if he deserves to be in your HOF or not.

Simply being 30 yrs old will not admit a player to the HOF. The HOF requirements van be found here;
