I think Fiscals should be update sanction of a particular manager into inbox of every manager or perhaps manager less than 8,000EP.. This is my point I. Not every manager will read all the terms and condition before registered, so they will not know all the rule at once... Updating this will make them know such law. II. Not every new manager know how to go to FAQ... E.g If manager ABC is sanction because of multi account.... Notify with the offend and the possible sanction..... If manager XYZ is sanction because of wrong transfer... Notify with offence and possible sanction. |

What do you do when you buy a new electronic product you've never tried before? Look for instructions to use or "voila let's get started with this shit"? Why do you not go to read the rules here when it's the first thing you would do anywhere else? Do you buy your products online without checking for return/replacement terms? You do, don't you? Then why not here? Truth and the only truth. You're lying when you say that you didn't read the rules. You did, but just to save the embarrassment, you deny it. Anyone would know a multi-account is illegal if he's using a proxy for it. It's the 1st point in the list of rules, don't tell me who doesn't read all the rules doesn't remember the very 1st point of the list. Try and make reasonable points when you're angry about something. |

I've seen something similar on full site. click on Signings > Shortlist > News > Sanction. I don't know if that's what you mean but it shows the list of those either detained, banned, reset or removed by the fiscals. |

The signings tab won't get you there. |
