it is not any secret .It is a factor which has an influence .The way of increasing the stats is the training as you know . The most important to gain experience is amount of goals scored for the strikers . |

I do an alternative formation to play non-beta friendlies with a friend of mine, making them touch the ball a lot. defenders for what I see are difficult to gain experience with speed as the attackers since the formation is easier to get more success in this question because what helps attackers are goals.
