At present, the physio and financial advisor positions on the staff are nearly meaningless. Let's change the code so that they at least do something beneficial... Financial Advisor -- This staff member could decrease the weekly cost [higher %, greater decrease] of any player you're signing either as a hostile or a re-signing, as well as his current role of allowing you to get more loan$$. Physiotherapist -- With higher %, this guy could decrease the stamina lost and the % of injury during games, in addition to the restoration of fitness. This is the entire purpose of a "real" athletic trainer.. so I also recommend changing the name of that staff position to "Trainer." |
