Construct a plan to train up and promote good players.. at all positions. This will affect your player purchases and your training choices both in jr and sr squads. It may take some time: The long-term plan I'm executing right now was initiated 5 seasons ago, and still has 3 seasons to go. And I'm already constructing the next one. And there was a training audible in sr last season. How are your coaches? How is your stadium? As with all things, nothing happens overnight. Roster strength is difficult to achieve - that's why the game is challenging. |
