Well from my experience, i observed that in a team, the higher the Captain-point of a selected player (for the captain role) is in the team, the higher the team becomes motivated for a win before a match. Age has a big role here and also Both a player's experience point and its leadership stats boost captain points as well. But i have been wondering if captains earn more motivation before a match as well. | 10/08/2016 22:53 |

Leadership dont boost captain points,its experience points / 2. If player has 30 XP he will have 15 captain points (30/2). |

But i guess since higher leadership stat do boost experience points faster, then logically it indirectly boost the players captain-point as well. That's where i was trying to dig.  |

Well, I've not really paid much attention to the captain selection ish, I just allow the team to pick itself and so far my team has been punching above its weight. Perhaps drawing from the comments here, I would begin to pay closer attention to the captain selection | 14/08/2016 12:42 |
