There are a few @ with some RL issues that put SM on the back burner and we have lost a few @. The admits think we have enough @ regardless but the admin do not understand the enormous level of cheating that exists in this server that perhaps doesn't exist in the ES server where they have fewer @ than we do. The volume of multiaccounting, other cheating, and "friends" stealing each other's passwords takes up so much time we honestly cannot keep up with it. The list of complaints is so long that when we clear out 20, the list hasn't shortened because older cases come back onto the list. Quite frankly, that misbehavior is what keeps us from being as helpful as we used to be to everyone else. And if I am being completely honest, if the admin asked what we could do to stop that behavior, I think the only answer I could give beyond a massive blocking of particular IP addresses would be to shut the server down, which I would hate to see happen. Admin is not going to increase the number of @ in this server. The only thing that will keep it open is if the users start policing themselves and stop multiaccounting. Too sad to know you guys are so overwhelmed and the admins don't give a f*** about it. That kind of stuff, added to the lack of support and updates or new features, sounds like if they are just letting the game die. And the worst part is that the users of this game that really care about it, the ones that don't commit such offenses, cannot really make a difference about those cheaters ruining the game. Still, thanks for the hardwork. We know you're doing your best over there... |

I don't think it is that the admin doesn't care, just that this server is so different from the ES server in terms of cheating. It has gotten massively worse over the last year or so. When I first became an @ it was hard to find significant cheating cases. Now, you can't get anywhere near the bottom of the complaints list that we have. From how it was to how it is now would be incomprehensible if you hadn't lived through it. We all see how some managers post to the forum from a multiaccount because they forgot which tab they had open when they were posting and sort of chuckle at it but now there are so many it is all we can do to keep up with deleting them. I agree Changeman that some users are ruining the game for the rest, I was hoping that my comments would reach those people so inclined so that they could understand the game they love so much that they just have to cheat at, could be lost to them because of their behavior. dear @vgates, if the admin is not willing to increase the number of @'s than the writing is on the wall for this game. You should not stress too much over the massive irregularities and resort to removing as many as you can. But also limit your time policing this, so the admins know that this game needs more @'s especially with the number of people playing dishonourably has increased in past 10 seasons. Glad i am not that active anymore and just come here for some forum fun. But overall it is sad to see this game fall apart this way. |

Cheers mate I remember the complaints list from a couple of years ago, I used to put aside a couple of hours of my time and go to town on it haha. I remember a few sessions of 30+ complaint list binges. Some of the stories and excuses were worthy of booker prizes. I think I can honestly say I started to lose interest in the game when I quit @, would be nice to do it again but they are not hiring anymore so I will just try find my love for the game again in div 3  Out of curiosity how big is the complaints list?
