I have personaly seen a player at the age of 30 still getting a green arrow response from the training. So, depending how each individual player was trained, if he still has forecast above his current average he will recieve training even at that age. So instead of making suggestions, pay more attention what kind of players you are training. |

Players retire the season after they turn 33. In real life players are not improving after they turn 30 are they? No, they are on the decline. I think the SM system is pretty good in that regard. The only thing unrealistic is that if you don't train a 30+ yr old, they don't decline - but that is simply a by product of the coding for training overall. | 10/09/2016 20:50 |
