********Episode 20**********
Jacobs was not only shocked by
clement’s
revelation, he was dissapointed.
They had a
wonderful chemistry and the
case was
going pretty well, but what he
didn’t know
was why his attorney who
happens to be
his friend will quit in the middle
of the case.
He opened his mouth to talk but
words
didn’t come out.
“I know what you are thinking
jacobs but i
have to withdraw for the saftety
of me and
my family” Clement explained.
“What are you talking about?”
“Jacobs i was shot while
representing you,
My wife went to the market and
when
coming back, the cab driver gave
her a note
to give me, it was a threat. Junior
my son
was coming back from school
with a note
for me, he said it was one of the
security
men in his school that gave him.
All this
notes where threats from
anonymous
people telling me to quit the case
or i loose
my family”
Jacobs felt pity for Clement. But if
he doesn’t
get quality representation, he
might end up
in jail for a crime he didn’t
commit.
“Clement do you know that a
poisoned food
was sent to me in this prison? Do
you know
that my wife was injected with a
drug that
would cause permanent
amnesia? You
know how difficult this case
would be if my
wife forgets everything. Please
my friend, i
need you now more than ever”
Jacobs
begged
“My family also needs me, there is
nothing i
can do. I’v already found you
another lawyer
and i’v briefed him on the case”
Clement
assured.
“Dont worry clement, i’ll
represent myself”
Jacobs said
“What!! Are you mad? Self
Representation is
suicide” Clement cautioned but
Jacobs had
already stood up and was
already been led
by a warder back to his prison.
“The hearing has been fixed for
next
2weeks” Clement shouted before
Jacobs left
the room.
Dr. Amos sat down and was
waiting for a
miracle. He knew Grace would
wake up but
the question was, “is she going
to wake
with her memory?” He checked
his time and
he remembered he had missed a
very
important surgery. He quickly got
up and
ran to the theater.
Nurse Amaka entered the room
Grace was
admitted, she saw her still
sleeping
peacefully and she began to
wonder why
some people would want to
punish such a
beauty.
After standing there for a while,
she decided
to go back to her base. Just then,
Grace
sneezed and she turned back.
Grace slowly opened her eyes,
the room was
blurred and she couldn’t see
anything
clearly, she closed her eyes for
some few
seconds and opened it but it was
still the
same.
“You are awake!” Amaka said
and ran to her
bedside. Grace tried to see the
person but
her blurred vision didn’t permit
her.
“what’s your name?” Amaka
asked her.
Grace was suprised at the
question but she
thought it was one of their
logistic problems
that they were trying to rectify.
“My name is Grace Jacobs” she
replied.
“What’s your husbands name?”
“Olundare Jacobs” Grace replied
with a
suprised look.
” Which day were you brought to
the
hospital?” Amaka asked.
“Please nurse, i want to rest.
When i’m done
resting you can come and
continue your
questions”
“Oh, i’m sorry” Amaka said and
walked out
of the room dissapointed.

*********episode 21********
How Far is the tactical team?”
sani asked.
“About an hour away” Jimmy
replied.
Just then, a man walked into the
building
and went straight to sani.
” Lieutenant Bala Usman” he said
flashing
his ID card and extending his
hand for a
handshake.
Sani shook the hand warmly.
“you are welcome Lieutenant,
what can we
do for you” he asked.
“I heard there is a crisis situation
here so i
came to render my help in
anyway possible”
the man said.
“Thanks Lieutenant but as you
can see, we
have enough personnel to
handle the crises”
sani replied him warmly.
“Oh, that is not a problem at all, i
will stay
put until my services is required.
Never
underestimate the help of an
Army officer”
he replied with a charming smile.
“Alright you can relax in the
waiting room, i
will call you when we need help”
sani said
pointing to the waiting room.
The man smiled and went
towards the
waiting room while sani turned
and
continued talking to Jimmy.
“Make sure you set up a
communucation
line between we and the tactical
team. I
want live feeds from the
operation” he said
and walked back to his officer.
As Lieutenant Bala Usman,
walked to the
waiting room, he brought out his
phone
and punched some keys. The
schematics of
the NATU building sprang up. A
red dot was
at the west wing of the
schematics on his
phone. He turned back and when
he saw
that no one was watching, he
diverted to
the west wing. He continued
moving and
the red dot started getting closer.
He
reached a point and he was
exactly at the
red Spot.
“hey man you are not supposed
to be here”
someone said from inside the
room.
“Ya i know, i missed my way, i
was looking
for the toilet” he replied.
“alright, go back through were
you are
coming from, take a right and
you will see
the toilet by your left hand side”
the guy
inside the room explained.
“I dont understand” Usman said,
giving the
man a confused look.
The man angrily opened his door
and came
out.
“follow me, he said” he walked
into usman’s
front.
Usman quickly increased his
steps towards
the man. When he was exactly
behind the
man, he twisted the man’s neck
violently
and he fell to the ground and
died without
struggling.
Usman quickly searched him and
removed
his keycard. He went to the door
and
punched some combinations on
the keypad,
he then used the keycard to
swipe through
the slot. The door clicked and it
opened.
Usman entered the room and
behold,
different guns were staring at
him.
“This is not what i’m looking for”
he said
and went towards a shelf.
He looked at his phone and got
the
password of the shelf. He
punched it and it
opened immediately. He smiled at
what he
saw.

******episode 22*********
The invinsible quartet were
sitting on a
round table.
Paul Adeyemi Aka sparrow,
Tunde oni Aka
white, Ebuka Eze Aka
Agunichemba where
all present. Only Sani Abdul Aka
charlie who
was on official duty was absent.
“I just received intel that Jacobs
wasn’t the
one who ate the food” Paul
broke the
silence in the room.
“What!! How did you know this?”
Agunichemba asked.
“The guy who ate the food was
the guy who
was caught habouring some
terrorist so the
news broke out fast” paul
informed them.
“Amaka also called the distress
line, she said
the doctor gave Grace the
antidote before
the incubation phase of the drug
could
elapse” Tunde spoke.
“So you mean she would still
remember
everything?” Agunichemba
asked.
“ma guy everything o” Tunde
switched to
pidgin.
“Attah!! Attah!!” Paul called out.
The two
other men were wondering who
Attah was.
“Only one person know about
the antidote
to the drug, and that person is
attah” paul
said.
“And who is Attah?” white asked.
“The guy we put in prison, I
think its time
we shut him up once and for all”
Jacobs walked back to the prison
dejectedly.
By then, the dead body of the
guy who ate
the poison had already been
evacuated.
Attah immediately knew
something was
wrong with Jacobs.
“What’s the problem” Attah
asked him.
Jacobs just sat down quitely and
placed his
face on his palm. He started to
reminisce. He
remembered in the university
when they
promised each other to always
help one
another when situation
demands.
Attah thought maybe the Doctor
failed in the
preparation of the antidote so he
started
consoling jacobs.
“Dont worry, am sure even
though your wife
doesn’t remember you, you can
show her
your wedding pictures” Attah
assured.
“Its not about my wife, my
lawyer just
withdrew from my case”
Attah sighed and spoke
“That shouldn’t bother you, you
are entitled
to your own lawyer so the
government will
provide.”
Just then, one of the prisoners
aproached
them.
“I can help you guys bring down
the
invisible quartet” he said.
“Invisible quartet? I dont know
what you
are talking about” Attah replied.
“Come on, i heard you guys
talking about
them. They are the reason am
also in prison”
“So how can you help” Attah
asked.
The guy turned around as if
someone was
watching him and then
whispered
“we are going out to the
workshop very
soon, meet me behind the
workshop” he
said and left.
Jimmy had already set up live
feed at NATU
and they were communicating
with musa
and his team. Musa and his team
were at the
chad-maiduguri boarder waiting
for a truck
with the incription
“Hassane farms”
They had stood there for close to
45minutes. They were running
operations
with men of the nigerian
immigrations.
“I see you guys have everything
under
control, i beg to take my leave”
Sani turned and saw Usman.
“Oh Lieutenant, am sorry i didn’t
even have
time to speak with you. Thanks
for your
interest in the safety of this
country. With
men like you, our security would
improve
tremendously” sani
complemented.
Usman gave his trademark warm
Smile,
shook sani’s hand and left.
“I have visuals on the truck”
musa’s voice
blared from the telephone
speaker.
the truck in question was a black
one. On
sighting the officers on the road,
the driver
stopped.
“Open ur trunk” Musa
commanded.
“Nothing dey trunk only cow”
the driver
spoke customized pidgin.
“Okay i want to see the cows”
musa said.
“Officer me come ‘nijayria'(nige
ria) to bring
cow.” he said.
“No problem, lets see the cows”
musa
ordered. The driver had no other
option
than to open his trunk.
He walked slowely and opened it.
“Mooooo ” the sound of cows
and their
odour greeted the officers. They
used their
eyes to scan the truck but they
found
nothing. They searched the
entire truck but
found no sign of snipers.
“We gat nothing on him” musa
spoke to his
device.
Sani was furious. He had just
been played
again. Just then, jimmy’s line
rang.
“Jimmy nwachukwu” jimmy said
as he
picked the call.
“Sir, the call is for you” he said
and gave sani
the phone.
“Did you enjoy the ghost chase?”
the voice
from the other end asked. Sani
used his
hand to cover the mouthpiece,
he then
spoke to Jimmy.
“Trace the call”
“Better trace the call fast” the
voice said.
“cos in less than five seconds, all
your
communication network is going
down”
“what are you talking about? You
know
were are going to…..
Boooooooom!!!!!” sani
was still saying when they heard
a loud
bang in the building. The line
went dead, all
their computer screen became
blank, their
land lines were disconnected,
Power was
disrupted. Just then sani’s cell
rang, he
picked it up.
“You know i thought of killing
you” the caller
said.
“But that would be waste of
cemetery space.
And oh, its nothing personal” the
line went
dead.

*******episode 23*******Attah’
s prayer had just been answered.
He
could literally evisage the end of
the
invisible quartet. More like God
just chose
him to be the recepient of his
‘blessing of
the year’.
Bringing down the invisible
quartet has
been Attah’s dream from time
immemorial.
They were the group responsible
for
sending him to prison which had
temporary put to halt his quest
to end
them. Even as he had planned on
using
Jacobs to realize his dreams, he
didn’t
have an elaborate plan on how
to stop
them.
For instance, he only knows their
operations and their victims
when he sees
one but he didn’t know were to
locate
them. The arrival of this guy from
nowhere
has just given him someone to
direct all
his questions to. Yes he had
questions,
questions like where they were
called
invisible quartet even though
they were
supposed to be five.
The workshop break didn’t come
as soon
as he had expected. It was like
the
invisible quartet where planning
to stop
his meeting with this ‘all-
knowing being’.
Prisons in nigeria had
workshops where
the prisoners learnt all sorts of
hand work
so that they would be self
dependent
when they finally leave the
prison. Some
people learnt capentary, others
learnt
welding and so on.
After waiting for like eternity, the
time to
go to workshop finally came and
all the
prisoners were led out of their
prison to
the workshop under the
supervision of
heavily armed soldiers. Before
leaving, the
guy still came to remind Attah of
their
meeting. Attah wasn’t
comfortable with
the Way the guy was taking it
personal but
he thought maybe the guy was
also eager
to bring down the invisible
quartet.
In the workshop the guy kept
looking at
Attah which made Jacobs
uncomfortable
but he just did as if he didn’t
notice.
Attah and Jacobs didn’t discuss
about the
invisible quartet again since the
guy
showed up. Perhaps, Attah
thought he had
gotten someone to help him
bring down
the group so he might not be
needing
Jacobs’ help.
All of a sudden, the guy stopped
working
and walked towards attah. He
whispered
to him
“Meet me in the toilet” and
started going.
“Hey there!! Where you dey go?”
a
soldierman asked.
“I wan go piss” he said and
continued
going. Attah waited for some
few minutes
before joining the guy.
“What took you so long?” the
guy asked,
looking around to see if there
was any
other person.
“i had to wade off suspicion”
Attah replied.
“Good” the guy replied with his
hand
behind him. He was holding a
knife.
It has been six hours since the
attack on
NATU but the effect was still on.
The whole
communication hub had been
burnt down
due to the explosive, the
transformer was
also blown. The governor had
been trying
to reach them but he couldn’t
reach them
on official lines so he called Sani’s
cell. He
blasted the coorperation for
failing to nab
the terrorist, this time he
threatened fire
and brimstone. Immediately after
the call,
Sani put a call across to the
nigerian army
to search for a certain Lieutenant
Bala
Usman but he was told that they
was
Nobody with that name.
“I give up!!” he shouted and
went back to
his office.
Dr. Amos was busy in his office.
He had
been queried by his employer for
missing
an important surgery. He tried to
explain
the situation to the man but he
didn’t
listen. He was allowed to work
on
probation.
Someone walked into his office
and he
looked up.
“Brother Amos, always busy” the
person
said.
“Hey joe, watsup” Dr. Amos
replied.
Joe was his immediate younger
brother,
he was still in the university but
due to the
ASUU strike, he was at home.
Amos had
wondered why some group of
men that
called themselves intellects would
keep
students at home for over five
months. He
decided he was going to send
his brother
to south africa while the strike
lasts. He
had wanted to tell him but he
decided to
make it a suprise. He would tell
his brother
on his birthday which comes up
the next
week.
“I’m fine bro, guess what?”
“Joe, if you came for guesses you
might
wanna reconsider your stay cos
am very
busy” Amos repied
“remember Janet? The girl i’v
been asking
out for close to a year now”
“what about her?” Amos asked
unconcerned.
“She just agreed to go out on a
date with
me” Joe shouted with smiles on
his face.
“That’s good. So you wanted to
ask me of
the best joint in town for first
date?” Amos
asked.
“No na, i just want to use your
car. I
wanna blow her mind” Joe
replied.
Amos thought about all the
things his car
had passed through. His
mechanic had
returned the car not to long,
after
spending Hours in traffic.
“Thats the key” Amos pointed at
his desk
“If my car gets as much as a
scratch, you
will get me a new one” Amos
warned.
“No problem” Joe said and
sprang out of
the office. He came back later and
picked
up the key which he had
forgotten due to
excitement.
“Children of nowadays, when i
was in the
university, i and my date would
always
trekk to the venue of our date”
Amos
spoke to himself.
He began to remember his days
in the
university, he could give anything
just to
have those days back. He was still
in his
thoughts when he heared a loud
bang. He
looked through the window and
he saw a
thick smoke in the direction of
the parking
lot. He decided to go and check it
out.
On arrival, he saw people
running away
from the place.
“What is it?” he asked someone
“It was a bomb,it was planted
inside a car”
the person replied and continued
running.
Amos went towards the place, he
recognised the plate number.
It was his car!!!

*******Episode 24******
Attah was trapped in the toilet
with a killer
but he didn’t know. All he
expected were
answers to his questions and not
an
attempt on his life.
“So tell me, where can we find
them?”
Attah asked with all iota of
seriousness.
“Not so fast” the guy replied,
moving
closer to Attah.
In one swift movement he
plunged
forward with the knife aimed at
Attah’s
abdomen but Attah saw it on
time, he
quickly made way for the guy
who
staggered to the ground.
He quickly stood up and faced
Attah with
the knife. Attah was unsure of
what to do.
Should he run out of the toilet
and tell the
soldiermen? No!! Turning his
back on this
psycho could be dangerous.
“Who sent you?” Attah asked.
“You ask too many questions,
thats what
led you into trouble.” the guy
replied.
He swayed the knife in Attah’s
face and
started trowing punches with it.
Attah was
bending down, moving his head
to the left
and right just to avoid the knife.
He aimed at the guy and kicked
him just
above his solar plexus.
“The invisible quartet sent you
right?”
Attah asked but the guy didn’t
answer. He
just jumped and used his legs to
hit the
wall like he was trying to climb it,
he then
used the wall to push himself
forward.
While in the air, he turned
acrobatically
and gave attah a scissors kick.
Attah didn’t
expect it so it trew him to the
ground. The
guy quickly rushed Attah and
started
kicking him. Attah who was still
on the
ground was groaning of pain.
Blood was
oozing from his mouth, he was
sure he
had lost a tooth or Two. He
couldn’t move
his body because all his joints
were now
full of pains. He just laid stiff on
the
ground and watched the guy
who was
now squatting.
“While in hell,don’t start
investigating the
devil. His methods might be
worse you
know” the guy said and raised
the knife.
He was about stabbing Attah
when Jacobs
arrived from behind. He used the
hammer
he was holding to hit the guy on
the head.
The guy fell down and died.
Attah who had been closing his
eyes
slowly opened it when he didn’t
feel any
knife on his body.
“I killed him, I’m a killer” Jacobs
said while
stammering.
“I thought you were a vigilante?
Why are
you sobbing over a dead body?”
Attah
asked still groaning.
“Yes I’m a vigilante, but i’v never
killed”
Jacobs replied.
“Dont worry, you will get over
the guilt
phase, and you will learn how to
kill more
cos in this our world, its ‘kill or
be killed’.
Hours after the explosion, NATU
team
arrived the scene. They would
have
showed up earlier but there was
no way
of reaching them. Someone
actually went
physically to NATU to report the
bomb
incident because NATU were the
agency
poised with the responsibility of
investigating all terrorist attacks.
The
nigerian police and soldier
officers were
already at the scene before the
arrival of
NATU. The NATU team was led by
Agent
Musa who was just coming back
from
maiduguri.
They quickly marked out the area
of the
attack.
Earlier, Amos had wanted to go
into the
fire to find his brother but he
was held.
Fire brigade then came few
minutes Later
and battled with the fire.
Amos stood there watching with
tears in
his eyes as body parts of his
brother who
was blown into pieces was put
into a
polythene bag.
Amaka’s phone rang and when
she saw
the caller, she excused herself to
pick the
call.
“Hello Amaka, i just heard of the
bomb
attack on your hospital in the
news” paul
said from the other end.
“What did you do? Thought we
agreed
that Dr. Amos and his property
should be
left out of this? Amaka asked.
“Yes, but i changed my mind. I
noticed
how emotionally attached you
were to the
doctor so i had to do something
before it
jeopardizes the operation” paul
replied.
“What are you talking about,
were you not
the one that told me to get closer
to the
doctor?” Amaka asked.
“yes but i changed my mind, and
that is
final.” paul changed his tone.
“so tell me, did they find his
remains” he
asked.
“No, he was blown into pieces”
Amaka
replied.
“Good, time to move on to the
final phase”
paul said.
“and what is the final phase?”
Amaka
asked.
“It’s classified” paul replied her.
“I thought we agreed that i
would be
carried along? Look i didn’t sign
up to kill
innocent people…” Amaka was
trying to
say something but paul ended
the call. She
sighed and turned back only to
see agent
musa standing behind her and
looking
straight into her eyes, he wasn’t
smiling.

********episode25***********
Dr. Amos couldn’t believe his
eyes, his
brother has just been killed in his
car
instead of him. He felt guilty, the
bomb
was meant for him and not his
brother,
the poor boy didn’t deserve it. He
blamed
ASUU for the strike which made
his
brother jobless. If joe had been
in school,
he would have concentrated on
his
studies and not a date. He
blamed Janet,
Joe had been asking her out for
close to a
year now and the moment she
accepted
his date proposal, Joe died. He
blamed the
invisible quartet, he knew they
were
definitely the ones behind the
attack and
he promised himself to
personally kill Paul
Adeyemi.
He was still alloting blames to
individuals
when his phone rang. He
ignored it but
when the caller kept calling, he
decided to
see who the caller was. He
removed the
phone from his pocket and he
discovered
that it was the number from the
prison, he
picked it up.
“Amos, how is my wife? Did you
succeed?”
barrage of questions were trown
at Amos
at the same time.
“She is fine” Amos replied coldly.
Jacobs sighed on the other end.
“Amos what is it? Your voice
doesn’t seem
okay” Jacobs said.
“Joe has Just been killed” Amos
replied.
The news sent cold shivers to
Jacobs’
nerves. He didn’t understand
what the
poor boy had in the issue.
“Killed? By who? How?” Jacobs
asked
multiple questions.
“A bomb was placed in my car,
Joe was the
unlucky guy who entered the
car” Amos
explained.
“Listen carefully Amos” Jacobs
said
“We have been attacked twice in
three
days in this prison, if Those guys
know
that they failed in their first
attempt, they
would come back stronger”
Jacobs
cautioned.
“What do you suggest i do?”
Amos asked.
“Go to my house, spoil the
padlock or
whatever you can do, just make
sure you
get inside. There is a pistol inside
the
cupboard in my bedroom, it is
fully loaded.
Take it for your protection”
“Jacobs you know i cant….” Amos
was
saying when something caught
his
attention. Nurse Amaka was
been led out
of the hospital with handcuff.
“Gotta go” Amos said and ended
the call.
He walked towards Amaka.
“Officer, whats happening here?”
he
asked.
“We have reason to believe that
this
woman knows something about
the
attack today” Agent musa replied
him.
“Officer i think there is a mix-up
somewhere. I can personally
vouch for this
lady. Moreover, the group
responsible for
this attack is called the invisible
quartet.
Agent musa wanted to ignore
Amos but
the name invisible quartet rang a
bell. A
certain man had laid complain
about a
certain group of soldiermen
known as the
invisible quartet. They had ran
checks but
they never got any trace on the
group. The
case was abandoned when the
person
who reported the case was
arrested for
being in possesion of cocaine.
Medical
report showed that the man was
suffering
from psychosis which made him
to
hallucinate, he was therefore
seeing
things that didn’t exist.
Agent musa knew this wasn’t
something
to ignore so he listened to what
amos had
to say. He collected Amos’
number and
promised to call him for more
information
on the Group.
Amaka was thereafter, led to the
waiting
van which transported them to
NATU.
Paul Adeyemi was pacing roung
his room.
He was thinking about the final
phase of
their mission. ‘Remember me in
hell’ had
failed so the next option was to
kill Grace.
His phone rang and he picked it
up.
“Chiefo is dead” the caller
informed him.
“What!! How manage?” paul
asked.
“It seems Attah expected him, he
was
found dead in the toilet”
“Dont worry, That won’t be much
of a
problem, i am activating the final
phase”
he said and ended the call. He
sent a text
with the phone. He then got
angry and
slammed the phone on the wall,
picked his
gun and left the room.
Amaka was more than
coorperative as she
gave NATU paul’s address.
House address and a phone
number
which she was supposed to call
only in
times of emergency were the
only thing
she had on the invisible quartet.
Amaka was a lady who loved to
live life to
the fullest. On one of those
occasions she
went to a night club where she
met paul
Adeyemi.
Unknown to her, the meeting
wasn’t a
chance meeting, it was a well
calculated
and executed plan. She ended up
in paul’s
bed. The next day he drove her
back to her
house. That same day, Amaka’s
younger
sister was kidnapped. Paul
claimed
responsibilty and said the only
way he was
going to release her was if
Amaka obeys
his orders. He then asked Amaka
to get
close to doctor Amos and get
information
from him.
Paul took some men and went to
paul’s
house. Jimmy insisted on
following them.
On getting to the house, it Was
empty.
“you and you, go through the
back, you
and you stay outside, jimmy
follow me.”
musa ordered
Musa used his masterkey to open
the door
and he went inside with jimmy.
Something
caught their attention. A phone
was on
the floor. Musa picked it up but
the screen
was cracked.
He turned it on and the phone
requested
for password.
“Jimmy can you crack this?”
musa asked.
“Whats the serial number?”
jimmy
requested.
Musa opened the phone and
removed the
battery. The serial number was
boldly
written on a silver panel. Musa
called it for
jimmy who punched it on his
ipad. He had
a password cracking program on
his ipad.
In less than a minute he got the
password.
Musa punched the password on
the
phone and it unlocked it.
He searched for incriminating
calls and
text. He finally saw a message
which was
sent some few minutes back. The
screen
of the phone was cracked so the
only
words he saw were “com.. Clear
coast”
The message didn’t make sense.
They
brainstormed until musa finally
got a clue.
“I’m coming, clear the coast”
“Are our men still in the
hospital?” musa
asked.
“The hospital is heavily
protected” jimmy
replied.
“We better go there now, he is
about to
strike there” Musa said
“Hold on, i think i found their
hidout, the
address is in the phone” Jimmy
informed
musa.
“Go with the men and check out
the
address, i’m going to the
hospital” musa
replied and left the room.
Bluecross hospital was under
tight
security after the bomb
explosion. The
interior and exterior of the
hospital were
secured.
“All agents are to move to the
north west
entry” agent ebuka announced
with his
walkie talkie. In few minutes, the
area was
deserted and paul came out.
“Thank you agent Ebuka, you
have been
most helpful” he said.
He then brought out his silencer
and shot
Ebuka on the forehead.
“sorry, i just couldn’t risk it” he
said.

I gave up after five minutes because of attrocious grammar and spellings. Since you are posting it, why not take an hour aside and edit it to ensure it reads right? The way it is now, only those who converse in this manner will understand and have patience to go through it. Rest of the people who like more correct prose will just avoid. 14/09/2016 09:57

*******episode 26*******
Jimmy took the team and left for
the
golden house, the official hideout
of the
invisible quartet while Musa went
to the
hospital but not before calling
the security
team in the hospital to inform
them about
a possible attack on the patient
in ward
18.
Jimmy and his team parked at
the end of
the street and walked all the way
to the
golden house.
“How far is the back up team?”
Jimmy
asked.
“15 minutes away” Agent mike
replied.
Agent mike was supposed to
lead the
team in the absence of musa but
Jimmy
who had no training whatsoever
in field
ops, took it upon himself to lead
the team.
They got to the golden house, it
was a
spacious compound with just a
building at
the far end. Jimmy was able to
hack their
cameras and viewed inside the
room.
Three men where present inside
the room.
“Get me the megaphone” Jimmy
commanded.
“And what do you want to do?”
mike
asked.
“Tell them to come out ofcourse”
Jimmy
replied.
“Are you crazy? Lets go inside,
we have the
element of suprise on our side,
they wont
expect us.” mike countered.
“Do you think there are fools?
Their
security camera would spot us
before we
get there and you dont even
know the
kind of security accessories they
have.
They best thing is to order them
out and if
they fail to come out then we
smoke
them” Jimmy explained.
“Alright Jimmy, lets do it your
way, but
when this fails, i will be the first
to tell sani
during debriefing that you
brought this
idea” mike threatened.
Jimmy collected the megaphone
and
spoke. “This is NATU
commanding all
occupants of this building to
come out in
the next 2minutes” He ordered
and
watched their reaction from his
ipad.
The three men were startled.
Agent white
quickly ran to his keyboard and
punched
some keys. The large screen in
the room
came alive. It was showing all the
angles
outside the room, there were
cameras
outside the building. He used
different
angles to view the sorrounding
but he
didn’t see any body. Whoever it
was was
well trained and has hidden
perfectly.
“You have one more minute”
Jimmy
shouted into the megaphone.
“What do we do?” White asked.
“Let them come, we would be
ready for
them” Agunechemba replied.
“You have 20seconds left” Jimmy
reminded them.
“This isn’t working” Mike said.
“Trust me, its working perfectly”
Jimmy
replied and then turned to
another
member of his team
“Hope you are with the tear
gas?” he
asked.
“Affirmative” the guy replied.
“Good! After the count of three, i
want you
to smoke them out” Jimmy
ordered and
started counting albeit
whispering to his
team.
“1…..2……3” he counted to three
and then
signalled the guy.
The tear gas was shot into the
room via
the window which was slightly
open.
“go go go!!!” Jimmy ordered and
they all
ran towards the door. Jimmy
planted
dynamite on the door and it
blasted open.
They all wore gas masks and ran
into the
room. Lo and behold, it was
empty. Jimmy
used his ipad to access the
cameras but
they had all been deactivated.
“I told you this was a bad idea”
mike
Shouted.
Musa broke his all time speed
record as he
was driving to the hospital. You
would
mistake him for a formula1
driver. How
did he get a car since jimmy and
his team
took the official NATU van? You
might ask,
but there should be a guy
somewhere in
the island who might be
reporting a
missing car any moment soon.
Paul walked majestically to ward
18 where
Grace was, all the security men
had
converged at the north west
entry. He
opened the door and went in.
Grace was
sleeping peacefully. He brought
out his
gun and wanted to point it at
grace when
security men barged into the
room. They
had been tipped by Agent musa
about a
possible attack on the patient in
ward 18.
“Freeze!!!” dey shouted.
Paul didn’t wait to be told that he
was
busted. He quickly jumped
through the
glass window of ward 18 which
was
located at the second floor of the
hospital
building while the security men
kept
shooting to the air. Their orders
were to
use non-lethal force.
Paul landed on a vehicle that was
parked
outside. He felt the pains as his
back ached
but he had to run. He quickly got
up and
just then, musa drove into the
hospital.
The security men ran to the
staircase and
ran downstairs.
Musa came down from his car
and
together with the security men,
they gave
paul a hot chase.
Paul ran into an abandoned
warehouse.
The men followed him but they
applied
caution. The warehouse had
many rooms
and it was difficult to know
which
particular room paul entered.
Musa who was outside the
Warehouse put
a call across to Jimmy
“Send paul’s photograph to my
PDA” he
ordered. They were chasing
someone
without actually seeing his face.
Only two
security men who barged into
the hospital
room were able to see his face
and it was
even the side of his face they
saw.
“I dont have his picture” Jimmy
replied.
“Then find it” Musa shouted. And
ended
the call.
Paul hid perfectly behind a large
drum in
the room. He saw the door slowly
open
without a sound and he became
alert. A
police man walked in, slowly
inspecting
the place. He walked slowly with
his gun,
turning his head at every slight
movement.
Paul saw his shadow, he was
coming
towards him. He braced himself
for the
inevitable and held his breathe.
The policeman suddenly passed
where
paul was without seeing him.
Immediately
he passed, paul grabbed him on
the neck.
The policeman was struggling,
there was
no way he could turn his long
gun and
shoot paul and there was no way
he could
shout because paul held his neck
so tight.
He struggled till he gave up. Paul
dragged
him to one corner, removed the
policeman’s uniform and wore.
“This will facilitate my escape” he
said.
