 1) What re d impact of d staff in SM especially psychotherapist and physiologist.
2) What are the good percent 2 hire the staff e.g. Coach, doctor,scout n others.
3) What i don't understand about dis SM and i will like to know, how can i b producing players that not more than 16-19year old wit 80-95% value(average).

Plz good managers, enlight me on abv challenges.

 D staff impacts u in many different aspects, dependng what staff in particular we are tlkkn bout. Psycho and physio are indeed muy importante cuz dey deal wid da daily tasks of handling fitness and stamina which you can see in da stats of each playrz in d bottom.
D good percent is da 99% for da coach (both of dem) and over 85 for the rest.

you can be producing d playars of such caracteristics by getting them at age 14 from school or market and den training them well with your good coach that you got. 		10/09/2016 22:07

 My physio the rapist is actually crap because i get my fitness from training and rest.
The psycho guy is OK if you're a prone looser .
And of course the coaches are the most important. With high coaches and high progression juniors, you can achieve your dreams.
Doc and the bank guy (financial assistant) are also good. The higher the bank guy the better your deals as well from sponsore to billboards.
