You have to hire then sack and hire a better one. and loop it until you get the best you want. but when you sack, you pay 2x of the coach's salary. so think of finance. | 19/10/2016 17:02 |

Keep sacking and hiring a new one. But when hiring look for a coach with low salary and average to control your finance, till you get the one of your choice. E.g if you sack a coach with 20%avg hire another with maybe 10%avg till you see the one of your choice. | 20/10/2016 10:39 |
